| Abstract: | Contract of distribution is in the world an affirmed way of getting to foreign markets.However, while distributing products in the market of the European Union and making contracts on exclusive distribution the exporter must pay special attention to the regulations of the European Union in the area of the law of competition. Therefore the author discusses some general views on the law of competition in the European Union, analyses judicial practice and forms of prohibition of importation, and pays special attention to exclusive distribution under the regulation 83/83. |
