| Abstract: | The article deals with the liability of company management.The term management includes managing of a joint-stock company, the manager of a company with limited liability and persons running business in private companies. The author analyses all kinds of liability from professional to civil (indemnity and contract liability) as well as the liability for economic offences.The article includes a survey of incriminating acts from the aspect of different kinds of liability and quotes legal sanctions; from civil (suspension, annulment, disproof, compensation) to penal sanctions (fines for liable individuals and legal persons). |
