| Abstract: | A study of the comparative frames of reference concerning wages among white-collar and blue-collar industrial employees in Israel, comparing their pay with others and testing the determinants of pay comparisons, related to the variables: mobility and opportunities, friendship ties, promotion prospects, job satisfaction and pay position.
