| Abstract: | Sci-tech progress and development of social culture are a course of interaction. We change the traditional cultural concept to make it conducive to the development of science and technology while at the same time we should popularize sci-tech knowledge, give publicity to the spirit of science and enhance the concept of science culture. These are two effective ways for China at the turn of the century to promote the coordinated development of science and technology and social culture. |
