Abstract:New challenges to the mankind caused by deep changes in the environment, in social and economic development. New human skills and capabilities are needed. Permanent lifelong learning is a precondition of any successful professional career. The function of business education in the changing world. One of its main tasks is to deal with the key economic and managerial problems. Interdisciplinary education is of great importance. Universities have to develop not only the intellectual, but the practical, problem-solving skills and the capacity for team-work. Critical thinking and creativity are essential factors for societal and organizational survival.
