| Abstract: | Correlation estimates from a meta-analysis of 108 studies were applied to examine multiple path models of the antecedents of militant and nonmilitant union participation. The scope of the relationship between commitment and militant participation was moderated by status-based group membership. Findings updated and evolved an integrative model of union participation. |
