| Abstract: | A generic model is presented on trust for electronic commerce consisting of 2 basic components, partly trust and control trust. This model can be used in designing trust-related value-added services in e-commerce. For illustration, there are 2 e-commerce activities compared: electronic payment and cross-border electronic trade. |
