Abstract:In recent years, "Chamei" has become a most attractive trademark. The output value of "Chamei" group corporation has increased 10 times in 5 years. It ranks first in terms of output, marketing volume, variety and export quantum, thus wining the title of "the king of corduroy". Its successful experiences are as follows: 1. practising a new wage system, that is, deciding wage according to the quality of products, 2. raising funds through many channels, updating old equipments, improving the technology of production and developing salable products, 3.implementing brandname strategy by introducing advanced equipments, developing vogue fine products, strengthening quality management and merging small enterprises and enlarging business of scale.
