| Abstract: | Corporate Universities (CUs) are a trend, which will have a significant impact on corporate education in the coming ten years. The authors have already had four meetings of the CU study group, which represents 31 large European companies implementing a CU. To share some of the key lessons learnt with a wider audience the authors have chosen to create a fictive scenario, which takes place in a fictive European financial services organization. |
