| Abstract: | A study to determine the differential effects of age and education on perceptions of occupational attractiveness, using 463 respondents (high school seniors to college seniors) rated with 41 job dimensions of attractiveness, indicating the significant independent effects for age and education on the ratings. How education has a more important influence than age in the analysis of the covariance. Two Tables cover the intercorrelations and an analysis of covariance. |
