| Abstract: | Job analysts collecting occupational information for the Dictionary of Occupational Titles interviewed job incumbents representing 20 different occupations and rated each of them on a wide variety of characteristics following standard United States Employment Services procedure. Now the reliability of current job analysis methods is determined. Then the reliability of current methods is compared with a new well-developed scale. |
