| Abstract: | The engineering company OWL AG, Buchs/Aarau presented its corporate image to the staff members at the end of 1989. Not intending to create something just for the records, the corporate image was elaborated using the mindmapping technique. This technique utilizes the abilities of both the left side and the right side of the brain. The advantages are summarized. Eighteen months have since passed - quite a long time to determine the success of the company's endeavours. They can safely say that both the customers and the employees have accepted the new corporate image. |
