| Abstract: | Form 1980 to 1984, the domestic saving rate and investment rate were basically in the balanced state and the fluctuation of foreign trade deficit was small. Since entering the 1990s, China's foreign exchange reserves have increased by a large margin, ranking at the fore front in the world. But the larger scale of utilized foreign investment and the overdue introduction of foreign investment and the over due introduction of foreign investment have led to the idle domestic capital, thus affecting the aggregate balance and increasing difficulties in macro regulation and control, and inflation risk. In the future, we should change the mode of utilizing foreign investment from receiving passively foreign funds to utilizing them on our own initiative with an aim at absorbing the advanced technology and expanding export. |
