Abstract: | The heavy industry-led growth momentum appears again after 13-year "light industry-led economic growth". The main reason is the escalation of urban residents' consumption structure in 3 years of retrenchment. The next generation of consumption hot spots will point to housing and auto. As a result, residents' savings ratio is rising and will continue to keep an upward trend and be kept at over 40% for a long period of time in cross-century development. So after entering the age of high savings deposit, we should determine a rational investment rate. We should also control the external debt balance which has reached over US$ 100 billion and must not make it increase any more. In addition, we should guide capital market with a view to establishing a unblocked operational channel for the increased fund surplus in socio-economic operation. |
