| Abstract: | In 1997, the rate of price rise will continue to follow the trends in 1996, keeping a steady change at lower level. It will stand at 6.0% or so. Among the factors influencing the rate of price rise, in terms of degree of influence, the tail-warping" factor, the factor of the market spontaneous rise in price, and the factor of price adjustment constitute 1.5 percentage points, 3.5 percentage points and 1 percentage point respectively. The influence of agriculture on prices is an uncertain factor. |
