| Abstract: | The first chapter deals with budgets. Budgetary procedures for the 1993 financial year and for the 1994 financial year are presented. Apart from issues of general budget, ECSC operating budget and financial regulations are included here. Financial control is also presented. In the second chapter, financial operations are highlighted, loans raised and loans granted on behalf of the ECSC. Measures to combat fraud are presented in the Council resolution concerning the protection of the Communities' financial interests. |
