| Abstract: | A national culture has the directing function for the commodity quality. The real reason for the slowly improved quality of China's export commodities is that China's quality and culture and the quality culture in the industry civilization not only can not solve the problem of the impetus of improving the commodity quality, but also lead to a kind of inferior culture covering history, social culture, ideology, social pattern to management etc., which runs in the direction opposite to improving the commodity quality. The content of the optimization of China's quality culture is to be responsible to users to improve quality continuously, to define the legal liability of the products, to strengthen the sense of being concerned about the quality and to form kind of all-people-participating-in culture. |
