| Abstract: | In June, the Council of Ministers is expected by the Commission to adopt a common position on the new 11-state-only draft Directive. It is about informing and consulting employees in Community-scale undertakings and groups. It may be adopted in the second half of the year, finishing a more than 20 year period of attempts to legislate at Community level on this issue. A detailed analysis and discussion of the text of the Directive are given. |
