| Abstract: | In 1994, the authors reported on certain changes in EC anti-dumping law and on the likely consequences of the Adoption of the Uruguay Round Agreement on the Implementation of Article VI (hereinafter Agreement) for EC anti-dumping law and practice. Now that the European Council has adopted the new Anti-Dumping Regulation 3283/94 of 22 December 1994 (hereinafter basic Regulation) which purpots to implement this Agreement, the time seems ripe to discuss the changes and evaluate the compatibility of the basic regulation with the Agreement's provisions. |
