| Abstract: | Like many American Companies, IBP is finding the world outside the US a very hospitable place to do business. This year the huge meat processor, headquartered in Dakota city, Nebraska, will export more than $1.8 billion of beef and pork products, a projected 20% increase over last year and roughly four times the amount it shipped a decade ago. better still, IBP is selling not only greater quantities of typical meat products like steak, but also stuff it never dreamed of selling before business started booming abroad. |
