| Abstract: | China will practice paid public bidding on the export quotas of 28 kinds of commodities like log, belonging to planned quotas and active quotas. The quotas bidding on the above 28 kinds of commodities refers to the global quotas bidding including various trade modes. The passive quotas of the 5 kinds of textiles in the 28th category should accord with the provisions of "Rules for the Implementation of Paid Public Bidding and Paid Use of Some Categories of Textiles' Passive Quotas", by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation". The quotas of 3 kinds of electrical and mechanical products like bicycle should accord with the provisions of "The Method of Public Bidding without Charge on Electronics and Mechanism Products". |
