| Abstract: | Russia is planning to reconstruct its oil industry and build new pipelines and big oil export ports on the Baltic Sea coast in the near future. For this, Russia definitely needs large investments. Completion of the first stage of the Primorsk oil terminal in December this year will be the first step in this way. |
