| Abstract: | While concluding the contracts of Sino-foreign joint ventures, the Chinese side must 1.find out the credit of foreign businessmen through agencies concerned 2.conclude a special contract, specifying types, specifications, prices and etc. if the foreign businessmen make investment in equipments and raw materials. 3.conclude another special contract if the foreign side is responsible for the resold products or the whole products in order to protect the interests of joint ventures. |
