| Abstract: | Making use of the objectiveness of the entropy-value method and the fuzziness of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this essay puts forward a new evaluating method of the assessment of fix assets. This method, which is based upon raw data, takes good advantage of raw data information and obtains coefficient of importance for each assessed factor in the total assets. It eliminates, to some degree, the subjectivity of subordination in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and thus gets a relatively objective evaluation result. |
