| Abstract: | The problems and contradictions existing in assets evaluation are the non-perfection of assets evaluation management system. Some suggestions that have been made are as follows: 1) to establish an unified national assets evaluation management agency; 2) To enhance the self-regulating and managing functions of the evaluation association, which will act as the true main-body in assets evaluation operation; 3) to establish complete laws and rules for assets evaluation including such as "Assets Evaluation Law", "China registered assets Appraising Law", and "China Assets Evaluation Criterion"; 4) to standardize the establishment and operation mechanism of assets evaluation agency. |
