| Abstract: | The medium-and small-sized enterprises together with large-sized ones have once played an important role in promoting the development of import and export industries and occupied a certain position. This paper makes a deeper analysis of the status quo of the medium and small-sized enterprises and the difficulties they are faced with from policy environment, competitive environment and internal environment. Then it points out the key to extricating themselves from a difficult position lies in introducing the modern enterprise management system and practising foreign trade agent system. |
