| Abstract: | This paper thinks that according to China's basic national situation and present-day international investment practice, it is necessary and possible to "exchange market for technology". But in the practical operation, there appear such a situation that there isn't much technology introduced but on the contrary, China's market has been occupied and even monopolised by foreign businessmen. After analysis of the coming trends, this paper also explores some basic tactics of how to protect moderately China's market and at the same time effectively introduce foreign technology. |
