| Abstract: | Starting from a comparative study of scheme of international industrial division of work and analysis of industrial design plan of strategic trade policy, this paper explores China's strategic trade. It points out China's strategic trade policy should focus its support on the traditional industries of scale economy. For the mature industries of scale-economy, the domestic market is mainly used to improve trade condition. In this way, they will have might prospects. As to the developing industries of scale economy, intervention should be as minimum as possible. |
