| Abstract: | Since 1990s, the intensified turbulence of financially derived markets around the world has revealed the internal defects of risk management of some market participants. Faced with the challenge of the developing derivation business, the authorities in charge of financial supervision and control of each country and the international institution of financial supervision and control have broken away from the traditional idea of mainly depending on external statute system, established a market environment maintaining fair competition, encouraged market participants to strengthen the supervising and controlling principles of internal risk management, and made active explorations into improving the system of internal risk management, the standard of capital sufficiency and information exposure and so on. |
