| Abstract: | With the deepening of the deepening of the internationally integrated production system of transnational corporation, the relation between international direct investment and international trade has been greatly changed, the trend of intersecting and merging of theory development has come into being. The development in 1970s were mainly manifested as the trend of promise merging and partial content intersecting; in 1980s, there emerged the theory of integration of international trade and international direct investment; in 1990s, the relation between international trade and international direct investment are more analyzed from the angle of combining international micro economic, international macro economic and theory of enterprise management. |
