| Abstract: | In recent years, a large amount of international private capitals flow in the world more and more rapidly, especially some short-term speculative capitals have pound on the new and developing market in developing countries, and result in financial crisis. Latin-American Debts Crisis, Mexican and South-East-Asian financial crisis, all these arouse people's attention towards the flowing of international private capital. This article analyses the impact of the flowing of international private capitals on the new and developing market in developing countries, and directed against its negative effects, it suggests the measures that developing countries should take in the aspect of management control of the flowing of international private capitals. |
