| Abstract: | Some enlightenment is gained by studying the legislation pattern and specific legal measures for the financial market in the united states, singapore and other countries and the actual situation of the opening of China's financial service market: In a short terms we should make full use of the related terms of the general trade agreement, moderately open the financial service market and protect China's financial industries in a certain degree; in a long term we should perfect China's financial system and market, increase the competitiveness of domestic financial industries, establish and standardize legal security system and make China's financial operations healthy and orderly. |
