| Abstract: | The author once published an article "the Theoretical Estimation of System Models of the Moderate Scale for the Introduction of Foreign Investment" in the sixth issue of the journal "International Economic and Trade Exploration" in 1998 and theoretically proposed simple mathematical models of three subsystems of the moderate scale in using foreign investment. The author thinks that the moderate scale is determined simultaneously by the necessary scale, absorptive scale and safety scale. The article will make a positive analysis of the introduction of foreign capital in the 1991-1997 period by utilizing the three subsystems and will also offer some strategic policies to ensure the moderate scale of foreign investment. |
