| Abstract: | Monopoly has become a striking characteristic in the world economy and China's home industries must fight against it by establishing "monopoly league" and developing jointly. The joint development includes four types of alliance and cooperation: 1.The alliance between strong enterprises (depending on the industrial policies), the alliance between strong and weak enterprises (by using markets of merger and acquisition) and strategic alliance. 2.The cooperation between banks and enterprises. 3.The alliance and cooperation between departments of trade and enterprises. 4.The cooperation between the departments of scientific research and enterprises. |
