Abstract:This paper examines the relationship btw. employee behaviour and service brand performance. Interviews were undertaken with HR and marketing managers in financial services and grocery firms. The authors explore whether managers have recognized variations in the level of employee support for the brand and specifically managers' views about negative performers, so called brand saboteurs.
