| Abstract: | The in-car audio systems (here as: in-c-a-s.) are part of a demanding driver-vehicle interaction responsible for traffic accidents. The paper addresses this issue describing some common problems as to current in-c-a-s. Presented is a project which initiated to explore alternative interfaces using touch-based interaction, resulting in a working prototype, tested by 25 people. The results are encouraging. |
