| Abstract: | Analysis of the different strategies is given of telematization at the small enterprises in building trade and pharmaceutic dispensaries. It specially points out that the abilities of consular and professional structures rest more on tradition of political negotiation than in the promotion of technological improvement. Therefore the organizations studied have developed,not very successfully, telematic services following the vague idea of general news with no incidences on the whole profitability of the company.The author, after revealing the defaults of the present practices proposes the accomplishment of new services capable to palliate them. |
