| Abstract: | Swiss Bank Corporation is at the leading edge of new personnel management practice. Old-style HR managers have become "relationship managers", liaising with business units and driving annual organizational reviews. The pace of change in markets and products is rapidly increasing and the SBC cannot afford to stand still. They have now established a culture where the absence of change is a cause for concern. SBC is now very strongly positioned to build on its success and continue to improve. |
