| Abstract: | Business-government relations of public corporations in China has been undertaken four stages since P.R. China foundation. The most urgent problem is business-government entrusting control mechanism in outer relations and duties of the present public corporations. Some problems of "value judgement deviation" and "the golden mean" and energy shortage add the workload of public corporations' increasing efficiencies and make a lot of difficulties for the government to make large and middle enterprise alive when the government control public corporations. |
