| Abstract: | Public expenditure is an inevitable choice of financial reform in China. The reform of public expenditure is a key of setting up public expenditure model. The present leading ways to practice the reform of public expenditure are 1, to set up a scientific rational budget-allocational system; 2, to enforce public administration within budget and generally carry out synthetic financial budget; and 3, to heighten public expenditure benefits; 4, to real control employee increase with the organization reform. |
