Abstract: | The effects and status of the invisible assets are increasingly important in the FMA. In the FMA, depending on brands, patent technologies, business cultures etc., synergistic effects can be created and greater achievement can be obtained. But the synergistic effects are influenced by firms' business cultural differences, the supporting power of the merged and purchased enterprises towards the intangible assets, the relations in the business fields etc., which makes the merger and acquisition more complicated. Therefore, in selecting the targets of merger and acquisition, it is an important determinant whether the superiority of the intangible assets can be transferred and create economic benefits. |
