| Abstract: | We shouldn't value the results of the hundreds cases of Chinese listed companies' assets reorganization just according to the profit or its rise rate in the same or next year they were reorganized, but should weigh it in the light of the medium goals that reorganizations want to realize, i.e. whether the reorganizations strengthen the companies' competitive abilities and perfect their operational mechanism, and whether they perfect China's economic structure. The author so suggests that estimating the reorganizations with the criteria of scale economy, scope economy, core ability, cost efficiency and the one of taking over the reorganized companies. The government also should lead reorganizations by the above criteria. |
