Abstract: | An understanding of entrepreneurial response, of the reaction of producers to bottlenecks to development is essential to properly appreciate the role of private enterprise in the developing countries. In order to deal with the processes of development, the dynamics as well as the statics, there is clearly a need to understand the behaviour underlying economic phenomena, such as perception, judgement and motivation both of entrepreneurs and government. |
