| Abstract: | Arts organizations in Latin America face unique problems in their quest to become self-sustaining. Accustomed to a tradition of government funding, they must now fend for themselves in a climate of increasing economic austerity. Consequently, they are struggling to become income-generating institutions virtually overnight. |
