| Abstract: | Granfield School of Management has recent experience in running management development programmes for senior executives from the former Soviet Union. The article focuses on the delegates, the programme and its aims, and the adopted approach. In conclusion, it raises a number of key issues which need to be addressed concerning the effectiveness of programmes of this kind. |
