| Abstract: | Taking as its starting point the Leader/Manager model, this article discovers that many other models of change, whether at the individual, team, organisational, national or even universal level, have something fundamentally similar about them. An attempt is therefore made to identify just what these universal dimensions are , to understand and navigate the watercourse of change. |
