Abstract: | Auction of enterprises' property rights includes the following three links: 1. resource development, namely the development, the evaluation and the analysis of investment value of target objects trusted by consignors; auctioneers should implement a diversified policy of resource development. 2. the strategy of seeking for bidders, namely tracking down bidders via all kinds of means, which is the crux for the success of auction. 3. operational strategies in the process of auction, namely to publish auction announcement, organize auctions and complete the transaction of property rights, which is the objective requirement ensuring the standard for property right action. If the above policies are properly applied, it can be ensured that transactions will be carried out smoothly. |
