| Abstract: | In the second quarter of this year, the price of real estate stood still and went down as the reform of housing system has further been deepened and the proportion of inhabitants house-buying became larger step. According to the investigation on the real estate markets in 35 large cities through the country, the sale price of houses, the trade price of land and rental price of houses dropped 0.4% 0.5% and 1.1% respectively as compared with the second quarter of last year. For the first time in recent years, the trade price of land dropped 0.5% as compared with the same quarter of last year, that of the land for inhabitant housing having dropped 2.2%. |
