| Abstract: | In the third quarter the market of real estate is basically stable. As compared with those of the same quarter in the past year, in 35 large and middle cities the sale prices of houses fell 0.1%, their rental prices rose 0.4%, the prices of land transaction dropped 1.5%, the prices of old houses transaction and public-owned housing sale fell respectively 0.2% and 1.5%. The rental prices of offices factory building, stores kept on falling. |
