| Abstract: | The import and export trade of foreign-funded enterprises is extending continuously and their proportion increases steadily in the total sum of imports and exports in China. It promotes the improvement of foreign trade constructions in the whole country. The readjustment of the industrial structure is promoted by introducing efficient technologies. The reform of foreign trade enterprises is promoted by introducing the advanced management experiences. The talents in the foreign trade can be taken as an exercise and nurtured by setting up the competition system of the talents. |
